Return Policy


Standard Returns: You can return the merchandise you receive in 30 days. We include a return instructions in every package we ship. If you have lost these instructions, you can obtain a copy here. You do not need an RMA, but you must follow the instructions and conditions we provide. You must also fill out and include our return instructions with your returned part. Failure to follow these instructions and conditions will almost certainly guarantee that your return will be refused. By following the instructions and conditions, your return will be processed quickly and without delay.

Our Mistake: You will not be penalized in any way for our mistakes. If we ship you a different part than you ordered, we will bear the cost of shipment and replacement. Alternatively, upon return of the part, we will refund your purchase price, at your option.


Your Mistake: Sometimes, you, the customer, may order the wrong part or may order too many parts. Subject to the restrictions listed below, we will gladly accept these parts in return and will be glad to assist you in obtaining the correct replacement part. We will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your refund, without regard to the amount we charged you for shipping. In many cases, our actual shipping cost will exceed the amount we charged you. We will charge a restocking fee of 20% per part, or $10.00, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to waive or reduce restocking and/or shipping fees for customers that re-order the correct replacement part from us on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for all Returns:
  • All returns must be in pristine, new condition, suitable for resale as a new item.
  • All returned packages must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
  • All returns must be returned unused and/or uninstalled.
  • All returned packages must be returned unused and/or uninstalled.
All returns will be inspected for compliance with our return policies and conditions. Where returned items do not comply with our return policies and conditions, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be contacted to arrange for disposition of the returned item.

Return Fees: We will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your refund, without regard to the amount we charged you for shipping. In most cases, our actual shipping cost will exceed the amount we charged you. We will charge a restocking fee of 20% per part returned, or $ 5.00, whichever is more, per order when you return parts. We reserve the right to waive or reduce restocking and/or shipping fees for customers that re-order the correct replacement part from us, on a case-by-case basis. All return fees are waived if the problem arises from our mistake.



Refused Shipments: We will issue a partial refund for any shipments that are refused and returned to us. We will charge a restocking fee of 20%, or $10.00, whichever is greater, plus double our actual cost of shipping. In most cases, our actual shipping cost will exceed the amount we charged you.


Typographical Errors: We have made every effort to display captions and pricing of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographic error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
